Technical Background

The personnel providing our remote supervision and engineering support services all have many years of system integration and operations experience.

For communication, we make use of the most modern technologies like IP videophone, MSN Messenger, GSM telephone, e-mail, and fax.

On top of that, the systems we monitor are displayed on more than 6.5 square meters of extra large LCD monitor surface, providing an easy overview of all critical system information.

To ensure the full time availability required for monitoring critical systems, our dispatcher center is equipped with dual energy supply, an automatic generator, redundant data communication lines, and a cluster server farm.

International Service

The rapid expansion and international success of CASON’s systems have made the establishment of a new system supervision center necessary.

The CASON Central Remote Supervision Service operates from CASON’s headquarters near Budapest.

This center offers support, directly or through regional technical supervision centers, anywhere in the world either directly, or in a supporting role. The operating languages are English and Hungarian.

Since October 2006, the CASON Romania Remote Supervision Service has been fulfilling is mission  to supervise systems operating within Romania.  The operating languages are English and Romanian.
